The Amazon Treasure Truck has arrived in Birmingham for the first time today (14 Feb 2018) and will be at Brindleyplace delivering Treasure Truck orders of Valentine’s Day red rose bouquets!

Customers will be greeted by an Amazon ‘delight squad’ – the truck’s specially trained crew – and treated to some surprise goodies throughout the Treasure Truck’s time on Central Square.

To make the most of this and future offers, savvy shoppers can sign up for Treasure Truck by texting ‘truck’ to 87377 to be among the first to find out when and where the truck will be plus the offer of the day.

Caroline Pooley, Director of Destination Marketing at GVA who manage Brindleyplace, said: “This is a one-of-a-kind shopping experience and we’re thrilled to be working with Amazon to host the Treasure Truck’s first foray into Birmingham.

“With over 10,000 employees working at Brindleyplace, more than four million visitors a year and a host of high end neighbouring residential developments, we’re always on the lookout for new and exciting things that the estate can either support or provide. It’s not every day Amazon turns up in Central Square and the ‘delight squad’ will definitely help spread the love across the estate this Valentine’s Day.”

The Treasure Truck’s arrival in Birmingham was announced in January 2018, following launches in London and Manchester last year, however, location and event details were kept under wraps until this morning when those who signed up received a text with all the relevant information.
