The bandstand at Brindleyplace has provided the backdrop to numerous events in our Birmingham Jazz Festival calendar over many, many years and will again host an exciting Programme in what will be the Festival’s 41st edition in 2025. It is a perfect openair space situated at the epicentre of the vibrant canalside, adjacent to an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Our audiences always relish the opportunity to enjoy a really fun day out. I would highly recommend Brindleyplace as a venue for outdoor events.

Brindleyplace offers a plethora of inspirational spaces which are perfect for film and photographic shoots. Along with this they offer essential rooms for cast and crew which can be utilised when they’re not involved in filming. The on-site parking for large scale productions is also second-to-none.

Brand Activation
Brindleyplace’s flexible spaces help to elevate brands with innovative activations in memorable spaces, leaving a lasting impression on audiences. From pop-up entertainment activations to food and drink sampling or something a little different like a product launch or event, Brindley has a range of outdoor spaces to suit requirements of any size. There are two promotional locations on-site, as well as a bandstand for smaller activities and musical performances.
Photography
Rich in architectural merit and situated within a picturesque waterside location, Brindleyplace provides the ideal location for commercial photography ventures. Perfect for fashion brands, food and beverage, automotive or something entirely different, there are numerous on-site locations to complement the brand.
Film and TV
As a bustling location with striking backdrops and attractive surroundings, Brindleyplace is a popular destination for commercial filming. It has been used as a backdrop for numerous TV programmes including The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent and ITV News. There has been a Netflix film produced here too.
Brindleyplace also provides great spaces for filming adverts – as seen in the recent MG electric vehicle launch advert.
