Matt Long
Brindleyplace is unique in having a dedicated senior asset manager working on site looking after all aspects of tenant engagement, marketing & placemaking across the estate. Matt Long, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the city’s commercial real estate sector, helps ensure all occupiers and visitors benefit from an excellent level of customer service all year round.
Estate Team
Brindleyplace’s Estate Team work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that the estate is kept safe and clean. The team also contributes to the secure and friendly environment, to which the management team are deeply committed.
Marketing & Placemaking
Brindleyplace has a long-standing relationship with Core Marketing, who have provided their support and expertise since the estate’s inception.
