CONSCIENCE
Looking after our planet
Brindleyplace has strong existing ESG credentials, with a clear decarbonisation pathway – providing a future-proofed, modern and flexible office location.
The estate’s approach to environmental sustainability is:
- To take what is already there and re-use, rehabilitate and reposition
- To improve an assets’ environmental credentials
- To laser focus on reducing consumption and operating costs
Waste Management
Brindleyplace has partnered with Greenzone Facilities Management, a national waste management and recycling provider to focus on its sustainability targets and to help it hit its sustainable business goals.
The estate has 5 waste streams: general, dry-mixed-recycling (DMR), glass, food and cardboard.
All waste is 100% diverted from landfill leaving businesses to focus on what they do best, safe in the knowledge that they are doing their bit for the environment.
