work, rest & play
Brindleyplace is one of Birmingham’s go-to destinations for leisure and culture.
It welcomes over 5.2 million visitors per year, attracted to a unique mix of must-see attractions including the National SEA LIFE Centre, Ikon Gallery and Crescent Theatre, along with an amazing selection of bars and restaurants.
Alongside this, Brindleyplace is home to over 8,500 employees, many of whom have relocated both from within the UK and abroad. Major employers offer both apprenticeships, graduate schemes and ongoing professional development, making Brindleyplace a strong location for employee retention, growth and lifelong learning.
Safe & Secure
Brindleyplace prioritises a safe environment for all visitors and tenants, enabling them to take advantage of the estate’s superb wellbeing amenities.
Sustainability
Brindleyplace takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously, with a number of initiatives in place to reduce its impact on the planet.
Social Responsibility
At Brindleyplace, we take our social responsibilities very seriously. In a first for mixed-use estates across Birmingham, we have completed the third stage in the Modeshift STARS Travel Plan accreditation scheme which recognises an organisation’s ongoing commitment to providing sustainable travel for employees and visitors.
We have beehives on the estate and regular beekeeping sessions are held throughout the year, where those who work here can learn more about the beehives and the impact that bees make to the environment around them. This is yet another way of demonstrating our commitment to biodiversity – and local staff.
