Rapidly expanding Japanese-themed independent food chain, Panko & Sushi, has chosen Brindleyplace as the location for its first Birmingham home.
The chain which has established outlets in Colne, Stoke, Bury and Macclesfield is on a swift growth trajectory opening new eateries this month in Crosby, the Brindleyplace one later this year and a further one in Newcastle-under-Lyme in January 2027.
Panko & Sushi will be taking just under 1400 sq. ft. of space on the ground floor of Foundry, 6 Brindleyplace on a 10-year lease and customers can expect authentic Japanese flavours including sushi, katsu, teriyaki and ramen.

Following a summer fit out, Panko & Sushi will open in Autumn 2026.
