As part of the 2026 Cherry Blossom celebrations enjoy a creative day of printmaking and outdoor art at Ikon.
They will be joined by Stirchley Print Works, who will lead a series of hands‑on printmaking activities throughout the day. With two expert facilitators from the studio, visitors of all ages can experiment with:
- Screenprinting
- Photopolymer printing
- Lego printing
All inspired by the Brindley cherry blossom and springtime theme.
Alongside these workshops, the Ikon team will host a range of mini creative activities around the café terrace. Try your hand at:
- Outdoor sketching using easels and clipboards
- Colouring and illustration activities
- Calligraphy
- Origami
To mark the occasion, the will also be creating a temporary outdoor display of artworks along the terrace, celebrating the creativity of everyone who takes part.
