The Alchemist

The Alchemist sits at the heart of Brindleyplace’s Water’s Edge, offering a vibrant and theatrical setting for any event. With its striking interiors, inventive cocktails, and globally inspired menus, the venue delivers a stylish, high-energy atmosphere.

Wagamama

Wagamama is all about fresh, asian-inspired food. Known for big, bold flavours and a playful take on fusion flavours, every dish is made to to order and served up to communal benches, guests sitting side by side as they slurp steaming ramens, dig into donburi, and bite into bao originally inspired by Japan’s ramen bars.
