Mother’s Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Please read the full terms and conditions for the Mother’s Day competition before entering.

The competition closes on Wednesday 15th March 2023 at 12pm. You must have entered via our Instagram or Facebook post and completed the instructions within the caption by this time to have a valid entry. The entry instructions are detailed as:

For Instagram entry:

  • Follow @brindleyplace and @qavaliuk on Instagram
  • Like our official post
  • Finish the sentence ‘I’m bringing my marvellous mum to Brindleyplace because…’ in a comment

For Facebook entry:

  • Follow Brindleyplace and Qavali on Facebook
  • Like our official post
  • Finish the sentence ‘I’m bringing my marvellous mum to Brindleyplace because…’ in a comment

The winners will be notified by Brindleyplace via direct message on Instagram or Facebook on the day of the drawing.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. To enter this competition, you must: (a) be UK resident; and (b) be 18 years old or over at the time of entry and (c) use a valid Instagram profile so that we can contact you if you are a winner.
  2. Closing date for entries is Wednesday 15th March 2023 at 12pm. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
  3. No responsibility can be accepted by Brindleyplace for entries that are not received for any reason.
  4. All entries in the competition can be used in future Brindleyplace social media posts and on or off-line marketing.
  5. If you win the competition, we will notify you via the social media account you used to enter the competition. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 24 hours of being notified by Brindleyplace, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another valid competition entrant.
  6. The prize is for a Champagne Afternoon Tea for 2 and a gift basket of Persian Tea from Qavali, 9 Brindleyplace, 60 Broad St, Birmingham B1 2HJ.
  7. The prize is non-transferable.
  8. The decision of Brindleyplace regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  9. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or services.
  10. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
  11. Entries will only be accepted via the advertised social media platforms
  12. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
