Easter Competition Terms & Conditions

Please read the full terms and conditions for the Easter competition before entering.

The competition closes on Monday 10th April 2023 at 11.59pm. You must have entered via our Instagram or Facebook post and completed the instructions within the caption by this time to have a valid entry. The entry instructions are detailed as:

  • And tell us your ideal spring day out at Brindleyplace

The winners will be notified by Brindleyplace via direct message on Instagram or Facebook on the day of the drawing.

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. To enter this competition, you must: (a) be UK resident; and (b) be 18 years old or over at the time of entry and (c) use a valid Instagram profile so that we can contact you if you are a winner.
  2. Closing date for entries is Monday 10th April 2023 at 11.59pm. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
  3. No responsibility can be accepted by Brindleyplace for entries that are not received for any reason.
  4. All entries in the competition can be used in future Brindleyplace social media posts and on or off-line marketing.
  5. If you win the competition, we will notify you via the social media account you used to enter the competition. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 24 hours of being notified by Brindleyplace, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another valid competition entrant.
  6. The prize is as follows: (4) tickets for LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham and (4) tickets for the National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham from Merlin Entertainments; £50 voucher for Gourmet Burger Kitchen; Breakfast or Lunch for (4) from Recess in the Hilton Garden Inn; £60 voucher from The Alchemist; and £10 voucher for Ikon Shop.
  7. The prize is non-transferable.
  8. The decision of Brindleyplace regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  9. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or services.
  10. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
  11. Entries will only be accepted via the advertised social media platforms.
  12. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
