Tell us a bit about yourself/ves?
We’re based in Kings Heath and have been for the past 6.5 years. We focus on delivering beautifully curated pastries, brunch and speciality coffee in our neighbourhood and Birmingham. We make everything fresh every morning and rotate our menu every month to keep our options exciting and varied.
How did you get into baking?
We’ve been in the industry for over 15 years and have travelled far and wide across the world exploring food and the cuisines on offer. We wanted to bring back our love of food and share this with the people of Brum.
Most popular product?
We have so many popular products, but from our pastry selection it would need to be our Pistachio Croissant or custard filled brioche!
Why do you like trading at Brindleyplace?
We love having the opportunity to reach more people in Birmingham and showcasing just how good the food scene in Birmingham is!
Fun fact about you/products/customers?
We started with a team of just 4 in 2018 selling coffee and cake and raised over £10,000 from Crowdfunding! We now have a team of 38 across two stores and serve coffee, cake and brunch!
