We’re so excited that Ribeye is coming to Brindleyplace! Already a firm favourite on the Manchester restaurant scene, this premium steakhouse is now set to thrill Birmingham too!
As a busy estate, with office buildings full of potential corporate customers and a beautiful destination with leisure and retail offerings for the public, Ribeye felt that Brindleyplace was the perfect, premium Midlands location for their latest venture.
Occupying an enviable, corner location in Central Square, the focal point of the entire restaurant is the open kitchen and its theatrical grill, which, in full view of customers, is essentially the heart of Ribeye’s atmospheric hustle and bustle.
The restaurant’s stunning décor features sleek marble tables and a jaw-dropping marble bar along with luxury design details including statement rose bronze glass bulb chandeliers and a floral theme with fresh flowers and a blossom tree.

But most impressive is the effort to which co-owning siblings Sohail Kaushal and Umair Khalil have gone to to ensure this steakhouse’s fully Halal status. Ribeye also houses Birmingham’s first dry bar, that’s designed to complement “the best meats” sourced both locally and internationally.
Ribeye will feature an extensive menu of top-quality steaks – including exclusive cuts of Wagyu beef and American steak Creekstone along with Aberdeen Angus. There are also delicious beef ribs, a popular choice at the Manchester venue. As well as beef, a baked cannon of Lancashire lamb and pan-fried breast of local maize fed chicken are on the menu.

For those who aren’t all about the meat, there are also vegetarian and vegan offerings on the a la carte menu like homemade truffle ravioli as well as plenty of choice for those with specific dietary requirements.
There have been no shortcuts taken and no expense spared in the meticulous planning that has gone into making what defines Ribeye Steakhouse – a fully Halal, luxury restaurant. For instance, the highly experienced mixologist has created a huge selection of concoctions designed to complement the premium steaks and a professional pastry chef will craft their amazing desserts.
Matt Long, Head of Tenant Engagement & Placemaking, said:
“We’re excited for Ribeye to join the Brindleyplace community. It further expands our food and beverage offering, and it’s great that this concept is completely new to Birmingham – it’s testament to Brindleyplace and the people that work here that our merits, location and community have all been recognised and meet the exacting criteria that the Ribeye owners were looking for.
“With business tenants in situ and a constant stream of visitors to the estate, we are sure that when partnered with their impressive offering, Ribeye will be a fantastic addition to Brindleyplace.”
Speaking ahead of the opening, Imaan Arshad-Lone, Marketing Manager said:
“As we open our second location here in Brindleyplace, Birmingham, we are proud to continue the tradition of excellence and inclusivity that has made Ribeye Steakhouse a beloved destination for food lovers across the UK.
