Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana is bringing its award-winning Neapolitan pizza to Brindleyplace this winter as yet another great addition to the premier mixed-use estate.
Born out of a passion for pizza, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza making, serving classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza. The dough is made fresh on-site every day and cooked in a wood-fired oven for just 60 seconds, all following Neapolitan pizza tradition, resulting in a soft and light pizza with an airy and raised rim.
Matt Long, head of tenant engagement and placemaking at Brindleyplace, said: ‘Having seen great success from their city centre restaurant, Rudy’s will be a fantastic addition to Brindleyplace and will undoubtedly be a hit with both those working here and visitors to the estate. With more than 25 bars, restaurants and cafes here, we are sure we really offer something for everyone and welcome Rudy’s to the mix.’
The brand, which is part of the very successful leisure & restaurant brand Mission Mars, first opened in Birmingham on Bennett’s Hill in 2019, and will be opening its latest Birmingham venue at Oozells Square, Six Brindleyplace, adjacent to the new Brindleyplace Metro Stop, this November.
The deal for the new space has been negotiated by Ed Purcell of Birmingham-based Creative Retail and brings another great leisure operator to Oozells Square in the heart of the estate.
Ed Purcell, of Creative Retail, said: ‘Bringing Rudy’s to Brindleyplace is fantastic news for the estate, the city and for Rudy’s who will bring their unique and delicious Neapolitan pizzas to a new audience in Birmingham’s Westside district. Their fast-growing brand is one focused on both quality and great service and will be a great fit for Brindleyplace and welcomed by its occupiers and visitors alike.’
