The Alchemist is launching this August bank holiday with a late-night offering in the heart of Brindleyplace!
On the 23rd August, The Alchemist, the casual all-day dining venue with an expertly crafted drinks menu, will open its second site in Birmingham at Brindleyplace. This new site follows in the steps of its current popular site in Birmingham’s city centre, which has become a firm favourite since opening its doors back in 2016.
In anticipation of the launch of the new site, The Alchemist will be hosting an array of mysterious activities around Brindleyplace, in The Alchemist’s distinctive theatrical style. These events promise unrivalled immersive experiences, excitement and exceptional food and cocktails.
To celebrate the new launch, The Alchemist is offering locals 30% off food for the first ten days of opening, from 23rd August up until 2nd September.
The Alchemist, famed for its distinctive cocktails and food offering is also known for its iconic interiors, which are unique to each location. Brindleyplace is no exception, with gothic-style décor and dark interiors, this new site offers a destination to continue evening escapades, taking locals from cocktails at The Alchemist on Colmore Row, to live music and late-night dancing at Brindleyplace.
Guests of the new site at Brindleyplace can also enjoy The Alchemist’s famed food and drink menus, with theatrical cocktails including the new Pink Fizz Paloma with El Jimador tequila, Pampelle grapefruit, citrus, curious IPA and The Legal One, which is a concoction of Tanqueray cardamom gun, tropical vermouth, citrus, tonic, pineapple, smoke.

Alongside their cocktails, customers selection of delicious starters including, Tempura prawn lollipops and Mac n’ cheese bites served with chipotle mayonnaise. To follow, guests can indulge on the main event with dishes from Pan fried trout served with strawberry, apricot & tomato salad, negroni oil & negroni caviar, chilli lime foam to a vegan offering of a fragrant chickpea korma with chickpeas, potatoes, squash, spinach with coriander rice, finished with pickled red onion, dukkah nuts & spices.
