The annual Birmingham Chilli Festival will be returning to Brindleyplace on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September and is set to be hotter than ever!
This year’s theme is ‘Celebrating chillies around the world’, with 2 days of live food demonstrations, music and street performances inspired from all the countries who are famous for growing or using Chillies!
Now in it’s 4th year, this free family event will feature a variety of stalls selling chilli-inspired food, along with live music, street entertainment and cooking demonstrations from Brindleyplace restaurants.
The most exciting hour of the Birmingham Chilli Festival, is the popular chilli eating competition, which will see 18 brave people compete against each other to see who can eat the hottest chilli.
The highly-competitive event will take place on Saturday 20th September and registration to take part is officially open. To apply, email email@example.com before 15th August. Places are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Check back nearer the time for the cooking demonstration schedule and a list of stall holders who will be at the event. We look forward to seeing you there!
