Brindley 100 Sarl “Brindleyplace” (the data controller) will collect only your name, email address, address and postcode if you have either:

  • Requested to enter a competition run by Brindleyplace,
  • Registered to receive the Brindleyplace seasonal newsletter/Guide information; or
  • Registered and created an account for our Loyalty scheme ‘Brindley Perks’ in order to benefit from offers, promotions and events from us that directly relate to the businesses or spaces on Brindleyplace

Your name and address data is used for three reasons;

  1. To send you information about the latest offers, events and news at Brindleyplace
  2. To easily identify you within our database should you wish to unsubscribe or delete your account at a later date
  3. To help us evaluate where our workers and visitors travel to Brindleyplace from
  4. To see when users have last logged in.

Your data may be processed on our behalf by our third party marketing agencies who act as data processors on behalf of Brindleyplace.

We will only use it to contact you about the information you have registered for.

Your data will be stored within Campaign Monitor which is only accessible to Brindleyplace personnel. Account information will also be stored by Core Marketing.
