Located in the ground floor of the car park, a dedicated Customer Service team are on hand 24 hours a day to help with any enquires or assistance.
The Canalside Car Park provides the following additional services for the comfort and convenience of Brindleyplace visitors.
Disabled parking
There are ten disabled parking spaces, located on the ground floor of the car park. Three passenger lifts service all floors of the car park.
Parent and Child
There are four parent and child car parking spaces located on the ground floor of the car park.
Motorbikes
Nine motorbike spaces are available on the ground floor of the car park.
Public conveniences
Male, female and disabled toilets are located on the ground floor of the car park and baby changing facilities are also available.
Electric cars
There are four electric car charging points, on the fifth floor, which are available to all car park users.
Recycling
On the fifth floor of the car park there is a domestic recycling service available to car park users, on your next visit don’t forget to bring your empty bottles!
