Eleven Brindleyplace Coming Soon

You may have noticed that we’ve been busy demolishing a building on the Estate this last month, making way for the final piece of the Brindleyplace jigsaw.

Located in Brunswick Square at the gateway to Brindleyplace and adjacent to City Inn, a new office building is planned.

Eleven Brindleyplace (subject to planning) will comprise 12 storeys of offices with retail and/or leisure facilities such as a bar or restaurant on
the ground floor. It is the final building at Brindleyplace and will complete Brunswick Square.

Gary Taylor, director of Argent the development company behind Brindleyplace, said: “We’re always striving to make Brindleyplace better than ever before and when the opportunity came to add to our portfolio of office buildings, we knew it was not a chance to be missed.

”We have variety of different businesses working on the Estate, including solicitors, recruitment consultants and accountants, alongside a complete
range of restaurants, galleries and a theatre. We hope that a host of different businesses will want to be located at Eleven Brindleyplace, and we shall be specifically targeting smaller businesses which will be able to take advantage of the flexible layouts.”
The existing building, the Hotel and Catering Academy, has been empty for 18 months and has now been demolished. The team is waiting to hear the result of its planning application from the City Council.

The building has been designed by local architects Glenn Howells and features a bronze anodised steel façade. It will complement the existing architecture on the Estate, fitting in well with its surroundings. On completion, it will offer 107,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, with smaller, more flexible floorplates of 8,500 sq ft.
