One Brindleyplace
One Brindleyplace is a five storey office building fronting onto Broad Street, designed by Anthony Peake Associates. It is situated between the former Church now a popular night club, and the Brasshouse. It provides 68,553 sq.ft of office space and was completed in October 1995 after a 15 month construction programme.
The facade has been designed to blend in with the adjacent buildings. The air conditioned building has a glazed central atrium and 134 car parking spaces and was the only brand new office building to be completed in Birmingham in 1995.
Two Brindleyplace
Over 600 Lloyds TSB employees operate from this 75,000 sq.ft which was completed in June 1997.
Construction started in November 1995. Designed by Allies & Morrison, the six storey office is located in the Brindleyplace Central Square this has become one of Birmingham's most prestigious business addresses.
Three Brindleyplace
This classically designed seven storey building was designed by Demetri Porphyrios and was completed in April 1998. This striking red brick building, with front colonnades and a clock tower, is now a recognised city centre landmark.
The building houses International Property Consultants GVA Grimley and international serviced office provider, Regus.
Four Brindleyplace
Four Brindleyplace was completed in 1999. This 114,000 sq.ft speculative office building has been designed by Stanton Williams and is home to the award winning Bank Restaurant & Bar on the ground floor.
Tenants include Accord Sales and Lettings, Deloitte & Touche, Michael Page, Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Perceptive Informatics.
Five Brindleyplace
Five Brindleyplace designed by Sidell Gibson Partnership, was pre-let to BT in 1994 and is used as their regional headquarters. This 120,000 sq.ft office building is designed to be people friendly and enable individuals to reach their full potential within a comfortable and adjustable working environment.
The BT building is now a well recognised landmark within the Brindleyplace development.
Six Brindleyplace
This 92,000 sq.ft headquarters style office building is situated at the heart of the development and was completed in 2000.
Two retail units overlook Oozells Square and are occupied by restaurant units. The Thai Edge opened in 2000. The building was designed by architects Allies and Morrison.
Seven Brindleyplace
Construction of this 85,000 sq.ft office building at the gateway to Brindleyplace began in 2001.
The building has detailed planning permission and has been designed by Porphyrios Associates, designers of the landmark building Three Brindleyplace.
Eight Brindleyplace
Construction began on Eight Brindleyplace in July 2000. It will offer 92,000 sq.ft of offices, situated below 35 fully serviced apartments, in addition to ground floor retail/restaurants units.
Eight Brindleyplace, designed by architects Sidell Gibson, and was completed early in 2002.
Integrated within the office space will be a business hub, together with offices available on variety of lease lengths.
Nine Brindleyplace
Number Nine Brindleyplace is conceived as a mixed-use building bridging the space between Broad Street and Oozells Square and announcing Brindleyplace to Broad Street.
It is adjacent to the grade 2 listed Presbyterian church, dating from 1849, which is prominent in long vies in and out of the city.
Number Nine Brindleyplace combines 26,800 square feet (2,500 square metres) of restaurant space with 43,000 square feet (4,000 square metres) of offices and 60 parking spaces.
Ten Brindleyplace
Ten Brindleyplace is a 62,000 sq.ft office and will be the last building to front Broad Street.
Designed by architects Sidell Gibson. A 5,000 sq.ft retail unit will be incorporated on the ground floor Broad Street elevation.
The Crescent Theatre
A new 14m theatre for the Crescent Theatre has a superb 340 seat auditorium together with a studio theatre, rehearsal room, meeting rooms and a fully equipped workshop.
The National SEA LIFE Centre
The 15 million National Sea Life Centre opened in June 1996. It features more than 30 displays of native British marine life and some freshwater fish.
The building was designed by Sir Norman Foster and continues to be one of the city's leading visitor attractions.
Symphony Court
Crosby Homes (Midlands) Limited, part of the highly successful Berkeley Group PLC, has sold all the 143 houses and apartments built at Symphony Court at Brindleyplace.
The development provided one of the very first opportunities for city centre living in Birmingham.
