Siam magic at Brindleyplace

Siamais, formerly Thai Edge is now open!

Prepare yourself for the unexpected, as a little bit of Siam magic comes to Brindleyplace.
The owners of Aluna cocktail bar have taken over the much loved Thai Edge and transformed it into Siamais.

The name Siamais, pronounced Siam-aze, is a play on words incorporating twins (Siamese), and Siam (the old name for Thailand) to reflect its offerings of both drink and food.

Siamais creator, Nishil Nathwani said: “The choice is the customer. You can come here simply to drink and stay in the bar all night. Or choose to eat in the restaurant, but either way – it’s all going to be done very differently, with a little bit of Siamais magic.”

The venue will have their restaurant as their primary offering and the bar will be curtained off. The bar is set to offer up to 60 cocktails and they will be served in bamboo glasses, teapots and the menu and décor choices have been selected to reflect the mystery of Old Siam.

Siamais are offering 50% off food for their first week. Offer running until Wednesday 5 April 2017.
