Tin Tin Returns!

Cantonese Restaurant Birimingham

Brindleyplace’s legendary Tin Tin Chinese Restaurant has reopened under new management and with a fantastic new menu.

The restaurant, which closed last year, has been rescued by its original owner John Lau who aims to restore it to its former glory as one of Birmingham’s most prestigious Chinese restaurants.  John, who first opened Tin Tin in 1995 and sold the business in 1997, has since gone on to run a string of successful Chinese restaurants across the UK and South of France.  Now, returning to Brindleyplace, John has employed an expert team of 20 to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

Kenny Man joins Tin Tin as restaurant manager from Birmingham’s Chinese Quarter while head chef, Wah Lee has over 20 years kitchen experience.  With a refurbished kitchen designed to accommodate more traditional Chinese cooking, Wah Lee has created an exciting new menu for Tin Tin including a strong focus on his speciality – seafood.  Adopting Western ingredients and flavours to form a unique Cantonese style, dishes range from Wah Lee’s signature Lobster Banquet to popular favourite’s including Peking Duck.

Tin Tin Chinese Restaurant is now open from 12 noon to 11pm daily with takeaway also available.  Brindleyplace loyalty card holders receive a 10 per cent discount.  For further details visit tintinchinesesrestaurant.co.uk or call 0121 633 0888.
