Congratulations to Brindleyplace developer Argent which scooped Construction Project of the Year for Eleven Brindleyplace at the Insider Property Awards 2009.

The glittering award ceremony, hosted by respected business magazine, Insider, was held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel at the NEC. Judges selected Eleven Brindleyplace, the latest building on the Brindleyplace estate, as Construction Project of the Year following the timely completion and delivery of the landmark building. The building’s ‘interesting take on the existing Brindleyplace offering’ was also noted because it is designed to offer commercial space in various floorplate configurations with shorter flexible leases, alongside prime leisure space on the ground floor.

Adding to the successful evening, Glenn Howells Architects who designed Eleven Brindleyplace were crowned Architects’ Practice of the Year for their work on Eleven Brindleyplace and other landmark projects over the past year.
